  • No, while we prefer you’re present, it’s not required. For moves of a purchased used trampoline, we’d like the previous owner present or available by phone for confirmation or questions.

  • Yes! We’ll inspect your trampoline at no extra cost if you book one of our services. For standalone inspection services, pricing will vary by location—contact us for a quote.

  • A slight slope is fine, but significant unevenness requires leveling first. We don’t offer leveling services, so please consult us before the job begins.

  • No! Accessories like basketball hoops, sunshades, or step ladders are included in our flat-rate pricing. For standalone accessory installation, contact us for a quote.

  • In a city with trees and houses nearby, anchoring isn’t usually necessary, though it’s safer. On an acreage or in open, windy areas, it’s strongly recommended. We offer anchoring services, including anchors and installation, at an extra cost—contact us for a quote.

  • Yes! Our flat $200 rate covers all Costco Springfree bundles, including the 10ft Medium Round, 13ft Jumbo Round, and 11x13 Jumbo Rectangle. Everything in the box gets assembled: the trampoline, the FlexrHoop basketball hoop, and the FlexrStep ladder. We'll even pump up the ball for you.

    Costco bundles don't include professional assembly, just backyard or curbside delivery, so most customers book us right after their delivery date. If you've got your delivery window already, feel free to reach out and we'll lock in a time so your kids aren't staring at a pile of boxes any longer than necessary.
